QUINCY — Birthright of Quincy’s 13th annual trivia night and silent auction on Saturday, Nov. 5, will be held in person after a two-year stretch of being held virtually because of the pandemic.

Doors to the event will open at 5 p.m., with the silent auction also beginning at that time. The trivia competition, which features 22 five-question rounds of general trivia, will start at 6:45 p.m.

This event typically packs more than 500 Birthright supporters and trivia enthusiasts inside Quincy University’s Health and Fitness Center. More than 200 locally donated packages will be available in the silent auction. Money raised by the annual event represents half the funds needed to support Birthright’s clients for an entire year. Check the Birthright Facebook page frequently to see the items and baskets available for bid.

For a donation of $125, trivia teams of up to eight players can register online at birthrightquincyil.org, the Birthright Facebook page or contact Birthright at 217-224-1277 for a registration form or for more
information.

Prizes will be awarded to the top two trivia teams. Participants may bring their own beverages and snacks, with food provided by the Butcher Block available for purchase.

Birthright of Quincy, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, was founded in Quincy in 1973 to help pregnant
