Notice of Property assessment change notices mailed July 3
ADAMS COUNTY, Ill. — The 2025 Adams County Board of Review has begun accepting 2025 written assessment complaints as of July 10. Property owners who feel their 2025 real estate assessments are not correct have until Monday, Aug. 11, to file with the Board of Review.
The 2025 “Notice of Property Assessment” change notices were mailed on July 3 to all property owners whose assessments have changed since 2024. A listing of the 2025 assessments that were changed were published in the local area newspapers on July 9 and are also available on the Adams County website.
The 2025 Board of Review consists of three members: Linda Snider, Chairman; John Johnson, secretary; and Ron Gaus.
