Hannibal man arrested, charged with delivery of methamphetamine, lodged in Marion County Jail

HANNIBAL, Mo. — A Hannibal man was arrested Thursday and is in the Marion County Jail.
The 10th Judicial District Circuit Court of Marion County issued a warrant on Friday, June 6, for Jeffrey S. Elliott, 37 of Hannibal, for delivery of a controlled substance. The warrant is the result of a search warrant executed on Thursday, June 5 in the 2700 block of Woodson.
After an extensive investigation by the Hannibal Police Department, detectives secured a search warrant for the premises. Elliott and several other subjects were detained at the door. During the search, a substance believed to be methamphetamine and items consistent with the sale of narcotics were found.
Elliott’s bond was set at $100,000.
The Hannibal Police Department was assisted by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, the Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Northeast Missouri Task Force.
