Sharon K. Kuhlman — Duker & Haugh

Sharon K. Kuhlman, age 81, of Quincy, died on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 in Blessing Hospital. She was born on September 28, 1943 in Quincy, the daughter of Aubrey and Glenola (Talent) Yates. She first married Robert Reis on November 9, 1963. He preceded her in death on January 25, 1989. She later married James A. Kuhlman on July 12, 1996. He preceded her in death on October 10, 2023.
Sharon worked at Royal Printing for over 30 years. She then later worked for numerous years at Advance Physical Therapy. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church.
Sharon deeply cherished her two sons, Tony and Greg, along with their families. She absolutely adored her six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, and she was a constant presence at every QND and QU soccer game while her grandkids were playing—always their biggest fan and so incredibly proud. Not many can say they were blessed to share their life with two wonderful men, but Mom could. She was married for over 25 years to both our father, Bob, and later to her second husband, Jim. Mom was detail-oriented and thoughtful, with a soft spot for every dog who crossed her path. She was famously known as the “treat lady” and brought joy wherever she went. She truly cared about people and made a lasting impression on many. One QND coach once said, “She made me proud to be at QND.” Few can leave that kind of legacy.
We’re going to miss her deeply. Rest in peace, Mom, Grandma and Great Grandma. You were one of a kind.
