Tickets for Beach Boys concert at Adams County Bicentennial finale on sale now

ADAMS COUNTY, Ill. — Tickets for the highly anticipated Beach Boys in concert, headlining the Adams County Bicentennial finale celebration on Saturday, Sept. 6 became available July 1 and may be purchased online at www.adamsco200.org. A full seating chart is available to help individuals choose a preferred section.

The concert will close out an extraordinary, day-long celebration at the Adams County Fairgrounds, marking the grand finale of a year of events honoring 200 years of history, heritage and community spirit.

“This is more than just a concert—it’s a once-in-a-generation event to celebrate everything that makes Adams County special,” said Bicentennial Commission chairperson Chuck Scholz in a press release. “We hope everyone joins us for a full day of honoring our past, showcasing our present and looking forward to the future.”

Sept. 6 finale schedule highlights:

  • Hall of Villages – Displays from all Adams County communities
  • Hall of Industry and Innovation, Olde Tyme display, arts exhibit, Children’s Museum and Passport activity
  • Ag machinery timeline, EMS/military equipment display, Maker’s Market and food vendors
  • Lugnuts classic carshow
  • Hot air balloons – Honoring local balloon flight pioneer Thomas Baldwin
  • Grandstand program – Featuring the Heritage Farms presentation, military band performances and The Beach Boys in Concert
  • Fireworks spectacular
