Quincy firefighter to appear on American Ninja Warrior Monday

QUINCY — Quincyan Steven Peters will be competing on American Ninja Warrior airing from Las Vegas on Monday, July 7.
Peters is a graduate of Quincy Notre Dame High School and is employed as a firefighter with the city of Quincy. He is also a drill sergeant in the US Army Reserve.
Peters will have family members cheering him on from the sidelines along with other family members and firefighters observing at a watch party.
The show will air from 7 to 9 p.m. on NBC.
