Tasty and convenient “Meals with Memorial” freezer meal pick up service is back-orders being taken starting July 14

CARTHAGE, Ill. — Memorial Hospital’s Health and Wellness Center has announced the return of “Meals with Memorial,” a freezer meal pickup service that provides the community with a convenient way to enjoy delicious, dietitian-approved meals at home. The service will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 31, in the Health and Wellness Center Teaching Kitchen. Participants can pre-order meals online and pick them up during the designated time.

Each meal kit is thoughtfully curated by head chef Amber Clark and registered dietitians Julie Harrell and Ashlyn Housewright to ensure that families have access to balanced, nutritious options.

Available Meal Options:

• Teriyaki Beef and Broccoli
• Beef Ragu
• Garlic Parmesan Mini Chicken Meatloaves
• Chicken Fajitas
• Greek Salad
• Sausage Gravy Breakfast Burritos
• Yogurt with Homemade Granola
