Chad Gainey, last known address in the 1600 block of Broadway, Quincy, is wanted by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department for failure to return from furlough.

Gainey is 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 175 lbs. He has blonde/brown hair and blue eyes.
