Right to Life sponsoring memorial drive Jan. 23 at St. Peter Church

QUINCY — In recognition of the 49th annual March for Life on Jan. 21 in Washington, D.C., Right to Life of Adams County will be the sponsor of a memorial drive at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 23 in the St. Peter Church parking lot. Flags and signs will be attached to cars before the drive. A short outdoor prayer service starts at 1:30 p.m., with the drive to begin afterward. Pro life flags will be attached to side windows of cars. Participants also can decorate their cars with a pro-life message. 

Tens of thousands of pro-lifers converge every year on the National Mall and march on Capitol Hill on the anniversary of the Supreme Court’s 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling, which legalized abortion in all 50 states.
