At approximately 0128 hours, Officers were sent to a shots fired call in the area of 5th and Oak. About 20 minutes later, an ambulance call came out for a male with a gunshot wound at 318 Locust. Officers located a male with one gunshot wound to his body. They also located his vehicle that was shot up. Later, we located the shooting scene in the area of 6th and College. Victim was treated at Blessing and was going to be released at some point.- Whole Night Shift / Detectives
