Hancock County Fights Cancer to hold fundraising events at Quincy, Bowen restaurants

CARTHAGE, Ill. — Hancock County Fights Cancer has organized two fundraising events.

Texas Roadhouse, 5120 Broadway in Quincy, will donate 10 percent from meals served between 4 and 9 p.m. Tuesday, May 3 to Hancock County Fights Cancer. Diners must state as they order that they want their meal to be part of the fundraising event.

Rally Point Bar and Grill, 120 E. Fifth (Route 61), in Bowen also will donate 10 percent of the proceeds from all people dining there on Wednesday, May 18.

The summer block party for Hancock County Fights Cancer will be held from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, June 4, on the Hancock County Courthouse square in Carthage.
