Another Quincy street closure…hey, you wanted them fixed

Starting today, Wednesday, June 9, South 12th St. between Payson Avenue and Ohio will be closed to through traffic. This section of roadway will re-open to traffic on Friday, June 18.
The road is being closed by a privately hired contractor to allow for the repair of a failed sewer line in the area. Motorists are reminded to drive carefully near the construction work zone and to use an alternate travel route when possible.
