Neighborhood information technology company launches in Quincy

QUINCY — A new service, JustTasking, will help people in Adams County with everyday tasks and getting them done.

Their motto is, “If you can’t. We know who can.” JustTasking leverages a network of “taskers” to connect users to the proper people for several different tasks when needed.

“As we continue to invest in the growth of our community, I believe in recognizing the value of time and how we recognize the importance of saving time,” JustTasking founder and CEO Jarid Jones said in a press release. “Part of the JustTasking mission is to help their users minimize their personal and professional task lists and help increase their overall productivity.”

Create a free account at www.JustTasking.com, choose from a number of different tasks and schedule a local tasker. Users can access the JustTasking platform by text message or by using their booking portal for scheduling taskers and communicating needs for taskers to assist.

JustTasking also is launching a recruitment effort to find people who understand the value of offering a service that will help users earn back their time while providing a supportive environment for budding small businesses.

“JustTasking will provide users an opportunity to accomplish more while also supporting local businesses and entrepreneurs,” Jones said. “We want to help people get their time back while helping small businesses grow.”

Services offered are in-home furniture assembly, pick-up and delivery service, lawn care and in-home furniture moving. Jones hopes to expand the list of services.
