CARTHAGE, Ill. — The distinctive sound of Patsy Cline is coming to The Legacy Theater in Carthage at 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 19, with the tribute show, “My Gal Patsy,” presented by Josie Waverly.

The show gives the audience the true feeling of a night at a Patsy Cline concert, beginning with early hits like “Walkin’ After Midnight” and “There He Goes.” Waverly captures the sound of Patsy’s music with later hits like “Back in my Baby’s Arms” and “Sweet Dreams,” released after the tragic early end to her life and career in 1963.

Waverly has been singing for more than 30 years and was inducted into the New York State Country Music Hall of Fame in 2018.

Tickets are available at the Legacy Theater Box office, 1160 Buchanan, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday through Friday. Tickets can be purchased online at www.thelegacytheater.com. You can contact the theater at 217-357-9479 and leave a message if calling outside of box office hours.
