Living Water to present Christmas concerts on Sunday, Friday
NAUVOO, ill. — Living Water, a local worship band, will present two Christmas concerts entitled “Emmanuel: God with Us,” at the Nauvoo Theatre in downtown Nauvoo. Concerts will take place Sunday, Dec. 18, at 2 p.m. and Friday, Dec. 23, at 7:30 p.m.
The program will use a mixture of traditional and contemporary music, Scripture, stories, lighting effects and images to tell the story of how God left Heaven to come and save us. Attendees will enjoy contemporary Christmas songs and be invited to sing along with traditional carols.
Living Water is led by Michael Haas of rural Hamilton with Kris Knoke of Nauvoo and Amanda Greenhalge of Dallas City.
