Wilson Laegeler joins law firm of Blickhan, Timmerwilke and Woodworth
QUINCY — Erin Wilson Laegeler joined the firm of Blickhan, Timmerwilke and Woodworth in December.
Prior to joining the firm, Wilson Laegeler clerked for the Judge Joe Billy McDade of the Central District of Illinois for four years. She also has served as an assistant appellate prosecutor for the Illinois State’s Attorney’s Appellate Prosecutor’s Office and as a research attorney for the Fourth District of the Illinois Appellate Court.
Wilson Laegeler is a general practitioner. She will work on a wide variety of matters including, but not limited to, municipal representation and cases involving criminal law, personal injury, family law and real estate.
Wilson Laegeler graduated from the University of Illinois-Springfield, where she obtained a degree in legal studies and political science, and the Charlotte School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor. In law school, she was involved in several extracurriculars including Law Review, Moot Court and Phi Delta Phi. She is as vice president for the Central Illinois Women’s Bar Association and a mentor in the Illinois State Bar Association’s Lawyer-to-Lawyer Mentorship Program.
Wilson Laegeler lives in Rushville with her husband, newly elected Schuyler County State’s Attorney Chuck Laegeler.
