Great Girlfriend Getaway to be held April 28-30 in downtown Hannibal

HANNIBAL, Mo. — An event for the gals and their pals, the Great Girlfriend Getaway dedicates an entire weekend to fun on April 28-30 in downtown Hannibal.

Activities and events include:

Friday, April 28

• Pub crawl from 4-11 p.m. Cost is $25 per person.

Saturday, April 29

• Tea party at Finn’s Food and Spirits at 1 p.m. with Margaret: The Incredible Molly Brown. Cost is $30 per person. This is a one-hour performance with participants being served a “proper afternoon tea.”
• Yoga class at the Twisted Juniper from 2:30-3:15 p.m. $20 per person.
• Wine flight beginning at 4 p.m. Take a tour of Hannibal and end up at Cave Hollow Winery to relax and enjoy a wine flight. $35 per person.
• GGG concert featuring Stepping Back, presented by Golden Eagle Distributing. A cover charge will get you in and get you a free drink.

Sunday, April 30

• Muffins and Mimosas at Garth Mansion from 9:30-11 a.m. Made-from-scratch muffins, mimosa bar, Garth Quiche and self-guided tour of the first floor.
