Altrusa awards four $1,000 scholarships to students from Adams County

QUINCY — Altrusa recently awarded four $1,000 scholarships to students from Adams County for the 2023-24 academic year. These scholarships originated from a fund sponsored by Patricia and Leonard Kramer in May 1998.

Recipients of the Patricia and Leonard Kramer Memorial Scholarships are:

Traditional: 

• Ashlynn Arnsman (Mendon Unity) – Plans to attend Quincy University
• Lucas Dotson (Quincy High School) – Plans to attend University of Illinois or Millikin University
• Skyler Wilhoit (Quincy High School) – Plans to attend Vanderbilt University

Non-Traditional:

• Ronald “Stephen” Wiewel (adult) – Will continue to attend Western Illinois University
