On 05/01/2023 at 6:02 AM: Teresa R. Galloway of Chapin was Northbound on IL 99, crossed the southbound lane and left the roadway striking a tree. Galloway was transported to hospital by private vehicle with serious injuries and damage to the vehicle was over $1500.00.
