HANNIBAL, Mo. – A powerful wind storm knocked down trees, and limbs as it roared through Hannibal around 4:45 p.m. Thursday.

Most of the town was without power when it hit and many were still without power this morning.

Hannibal Country Club was especially hard hit.

Hannibal Police had no reports of storm related injuries nor did Hannibal Regional Hospital.

Crews from Hannibal Board of Public Works are busy today replacing damaged poles and reconnecting power.
