Automated payment by phone now available at Blessing Health

QUINCY — Blessing Health patients can now make a payment by phone, any day at any time, using an automated payment system.

With the statement to be paid in hand, patients should:

• Dial the Patient Financial Services department at 217-277-3512. When prompted, enter the number 1.
• When prompted, enter the Medical Record Number in the upper right-hand corner of the statement, then enter the date of birth of the person responsible for paying the bill.
• When prompted, enter a credit or debit card number to make a partial or full payment.

The automated payment option is available to all patients at any Blessing facility.

Blessing continues to offer online payment at blessinghealth.org/billpay, payment by phone with the assistance of a patient financial aervices representative during the business day at the same number as listed above and payment in person at any Blessing Health hospital or clinic.
