Third annual #EndPolioNow Bourbon and Popcorn fundraiser set for Saturday at Quincy Boat Club

QUINCY — The Rotary Club of Quincy is doing its part to eradicate polio by holding the third annual #EndPolioNow Bourbon & Popcorn event from 6 to 11 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 4 in The Quincy Boat Club, 401 Bonansinga Drive.

Tickets to the event are $50. Seating is limited. Attendees can taste various bourbons and snack on popcorn. Food will be available onsite. A live auction and a raffle will be held. A cash bar will be available.

Among the items up for auction are bottles of Old Rip Van Winkle, 10-year Weller, Jim Beam Lineage, Woodford Reserve, Russel’s Reserve, Bardstown Bourbon Pursuit and more. Several bourbon-themed baskets are up for auction through Will Sullivan Auction Company.

Up for raffle is a full set of Blanton’s original single barrel horse collection, donated by Relax Quincy Spas. Each raffle ticket costs $20. Once 300 raffle tickets have been bought, the set will be raffled.
