Quincy Service League’s 55th annual Holiday Gift Show set for Nov. 18 in Oakley-Lindsay Center
QUINCY — The Quincy Service League’s 55th annual Holiday Gift Show, officially sponsored by The Herald-Whig, will be held at the Oakley-Lindsay Center in Quincy on Saturday, Nov. 18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 19, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. It will feature more than 80 vendors with a variety of jewelry, Christmas décor, boutiques, handcrafted gifts and sweet and savory treats.
A special VIP breakfast featuring a continental breakfast and a chance to shop before the show is open to general admission will take place from 8 to 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 18.
Santa Claus will be available both Saturday and Sunday during general admission hours. Children are invited to visit with Santa and take photos. Each child is asked donate a non-perishable food item or money to local food pantries.
Guests can take a break from shopping and eat in the dining room. Members of Quincy Service League will be serving a lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Signature Red Velvet, Italian Cream and Hummingbird cake, a Quincy Service League tradition, will be available this year.
General admission tickets for the gift show are $3 in advance or $5 at the door. VIP breakfast tickets are available for $10. Tickets are available in advance at Brown Drug, Kirlin’s Gifts, Sassy Jo’s, Yellow Kiss Boutique, American Family Insurance in Kahoka, Mo., from a Quincy Service League member or by email to qslgiftshowtickets@gmail.com.
