Horizons Social Services to mark 15 years of impactful community service with Wednesday celebration

QUINCY — Horizons Social Services, 224 S. Eighth, will celebrate its 15th anniversary from 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 8.

Horizons Social Services is a beacon of hope, providing essential services and support to people and families in need. The organization’s unwavering commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of community members has earned them a reputation as a cornerstone of compassion and care.
