Adams County Coroner releases name of motorcycle crash victim

The Adams County Coroner has released the name of the man who died when his motorcycle was involved in a traffic accident last week in the 12^th and Chestnut area.

Police reported the motorcyclist was traveling east on Chestnut around 3 p.m. Friday when it struck a pickup as it was turning at the 12th Street intersection.

At approximately 4:30 p.m. on Friday, the Coroner’s Office received notification of the incident. Pronounced at the Blessing Hospital Emergency Department was Damion G. Lane, age 58, of Quincy.

This traffic crash remains under investigation by the Quincy Police Department.
