Lewis Co. Sheriff looking for suspect in domestic assault case
At approximately 2:30 a.m. Tuesday morning, the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office was called to a domestic disturbance in rural Lewis County near Durham. The Deputy Sheriff and a Missouri State Highway Patrolman located a female victim who had significant injuries. She alleged she had been assaulted by Daniel Noe, her boyfriend.
Noe, 40, is now wanted for Domestic Assault in the First Degree and is believed to be in the Quincy area. He is a white male, approximately 6 foot tall and weighs approximately 180 pounds.
