Mendon man arrested following incident at CUSD No. 4 board meeting
On Wednesday at 8:17 p.m., Adams County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a disturbance at the CUSD No. 4 Board of Education meeting located at Unity high School in Mendon.
Upon arrival on scene deputies learned that Alex S. Felde, 30, of Mendon, had been removed from the school and was allegedly involved in some type physical altercation there. It was reported the Felde was previously present at the school Board meeting and allegedly had been causing a disruption. School officials attempted to escort Felde out of the meeting and he allegedly struck one of the school officials and left the school.
Felde was located a short time later at his residence and was taken into custody.
Felde was lodged in the Adams County Jail with No Bond on the charges of Aggravated Battery, Disorderly Conduct, with the investigation to continue.
