NutritionHQ to be host of free ladies’ night event Thursday at Kroc Center

QUINCY — NutritionHQ’s Ladies’ Night is scheduled from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 28, at The Kroc Center.

This free event is dedicated to nourishing the mind, body and soul. Whether an attendee is a fitness enthusiast, health-conscious person or just looking to explore a healthier lifestyle, NutritionHQ hopes to provide women with an environment where they feel safe and confident to ask local experts all of their health, wellness and supplement questions. The first 100 attendees will receive a free gift.

Local experts will be from:

• NutritionHQ (represented by NHQ athlete Angie Serandos and Shelby Kammerer of SC Fitness)
• Vallee Health Repair
• Apothecary
• Blessing Health System’s Diabetes Center, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Breast Center, Women’s Health and Cancer Center
• The Kroc Center Fitness Team
• Quincy Medical Group Behavioral Health

The event will host local vendors such as:

Limited edition Ladies’ Night t-shirts will be available for purchase. All proceeds from the sale of the shirts will be donated to the Josie Basket Project, which provides care packages to families who have experienced infant loss.
