Carter L. Kramer, last known address in the 2500 block of Bonansinga Drive, Quincy, is wanted by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department for robbery.

Kramer is 5-foot-10 tall and 200 pounds with reddish brown hair and hazel eyes.
