Quincy Medical Group offering multiple drive-through flu shot clinics in October

Quincy Medical Group is offering drive-through flu shot clinics in Barry, Ill., Keokuk, Iowa, Mount Sterling, Ill., Pittsfield, Ill., and Quincy, Ill., for people ages 2 and over. Appointments are encouraged and can be made by calling the phone number listed with each location. All those attending the flu shot clinics are asked to wear a mask.

Most insurance plans cover flu vaccines with no out-of-pocket expense to the patient. Patients should bring their insurance cards to the drive-thru clinics. For children under 2, families should contact their pediatrician or family practice provider to schedule an appointment.
