United Way of Adams County to host biannual Multi-Agency Resource Center event on Wednesday
QUINCY — United Way of Adams County’s biannual Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC) event is set for Wednesday, July 24, at The Salvation Army Kroc Center, 405 Vermont. Doors will open at 9 a.m., and the event will wrap up at 3 p.m. Lunch will be provided.
This event aims to bring together various resources available within Adams County, creating a centralized hub where community members can have access to services and obtain information. It is designed to provide a one-stop shop experience for residents of Adams County. More than 30 multiple agencies and service providers will gather, allowing attendees to connect with a range of resources and support systems.
The MARC offers information on housing, healthcare, employment and other essential services. Admission is free.
In a press release, Jenna Hull, executive director of Adams County United Way, said, “We are delighted to bring the Multi-Agency Resource Center event back to the community. Our mission is to connect as many residents as possible with the valuable services our community offers, all conveniently located under one roof. This event is a testament to our commitment to making resources easily accessible and fostering a strong, more supportive Adams County.”
