David E. Hill Jr., 34, last known address in the 700 block of S. Seventh Street in Quincy, is wanted by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department for aggravated battery.
Hill is 6 foot tall and weighs 165 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
