Pirates Cove raises $1,000 in support of cancer patient assistance fund at Hannibal Regional

HANNIBAL, Mo. — Pirates Cove, the student spirit group at Hannibal High School, recently held a fundraiser to benefit local cancer patients. At the Oct. 11 home football game, supporters wore their pink gear to “Pink Out Porter.”

The Pirates Cove group sold shirts and sweatshirts to students and community members to wear at the game. Through their efforts, they made a $1,000 donation to the cancer patient assistance fund at Hannibal Regional.
