Adams County man arrested on child sex abuse allegations

On October 6, the Adams County Sheriff’s Office received a report from the Department of Children and Family Services regarding alleged sexual abuse of a child.
The child was interviewed by specialists at the Quincy Child Advocacy Center and reports of sexual abuse were disclosed.
After an investigation by Adams County Sheriff’s deputies, Robert L. Hull, 74. of Loraine, was located, arrested, and lodged in the Adams County Jail on Thursday.
Hull faces charges of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse and Indecent Solicitation of a Child. His bond has not been set yet.
