Nicholas E. Dellar, 27, last known address of 700 block of Lind in Quincy, is wanted by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department for retail theft.
Dellar is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
