SIU Center for Family Medicine recognizes Pierceall as November Employee of the Month

QUINCY — Kelly Pierceall recently was recognized as the November 2024 Employee of the Month at SIU Center for Family Medicine in Quincy.

Pierceall has worked as a medical office specialist for 17 years, providing support to the SIU team and patients. Her responsibilities include sorting all incoming documents, ensuring they reach the proper destination, updating patient charts, answering phones and assisting reception when needed.

Pierceall described in a press release her experience at SIU as having a “family-like atmosphere.” She values working alongside her coworkers in records and reception.

“Kelly is very helpful in answering questions and acts as a great resource to staff when navigating medical records in the EHR,” her nominator shared. “She may be busy doing her work but will not hesitate to stop and help anyone who asks.”
