Tri-State Area Center for Women’s Ministries to participate in global generosity movement on Tuesday

QUINCY — Tri-State Area Center for Women’s Ministries (CWM) will celebrate GivingTuesday, joining millions around the world participating in the global generosity movement, on Tuesday, Dec. 3.

GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and their world. GivingTuesday will kick off the generosity season this year by inspiring people to give back on Dec. 3 and throughout the year.

CWM provides a place for women who are hurting to receive non-judgmental listening, comfort, encouragement and support through peer counseling, support groups and Bible studies. The ministry is focused on women helping women draw closer to God through Christ. CWM is a non-profit ministry that needs financial support to continue its work.
