Hannibal man jailed after he was linked to multiple vehicle fires
HANNIBAL, Mo. — A Hannibal man is in the Marion County Jail after he was linked to multiple vehicle fires.
On Oct. 20th and Oct. 26th, officers with the Hannibal Police Department responded to vehicle fires at a business in the 300 block of Mark Twain Avenue. Detectives with the Hannibal Police Department investigated the fires and linked Stevens to the fires.
The 10th Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County issued a warrant Thursday for Joshua L. Stevens, 40, of Hannibal, charging him with knowingly burning or exploding, a Class E Felony. His bond was set at $25,000 cash or surety, and he remains in the Marion County Jail.
