Gov. Parson names Monroe City attorney as associate circuit judge

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.  – Governor Mike Parson announced judicial appointments to the 10th, 13th, and 22nd Judicial Circuits on Friday.

Jennifer A. Richardson, of Monroe City, will be appointed as Associate Circuit Judge for Marion County in the 10th Judicial Circuit.

Richardson is the District Defender for District 2 of the Missouri Public Defender’s Office. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Columbia. She will fill the vacancy created by the election of the Honorable John J. Jackson as Circuit Judge.

Jayne A. Pearman, of Centralia, will be appointed as Associate Circuit Judge for Boone County in the 13th Judicial Circuit.

Pearman owns Jayne A. Pearman LC. She holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Columbia. She will fill the vacancy created by the election of the Honorable Stephanie Morrell as Circuit Judge.

Michael R. Dauphin, of St. Louis, was appointed as Associate Circuit Judge for the 22nd Judicial Circuit.

Dauphin is the Assessor of the City of St. Louis. He holds a Bachelor of Science in political science from Missouri State University and a Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University. He will fill the vacancy created by the appointment of the Honorable Heather J. Hays as Circuit Judge.
