Fitness center at Memorial Hospital to be host for first birthday celebration, health fair
CARTHAGE, Ill. — Memorial Hospital’s fitness center, Focus Fitness, will have a health fair event in celebration of its first birthday from 4-6 p.m. Wednesday at 103 Randolph.
This open house will have prize drawings, giveaways and the opportunity for membership sign-up and renewal. The event will include a mini-health fair with a variety of free health screenings offered, including A1C blood sugar screenings. Refreshments will be served.
“This is our way of saying thank you to all who have supported us in successfully offering a 24/7 fitness center,” said Ashlyn Housewright, director of community health and wellness at Memorial Hospital.
