Kids can ride inside Admiral Coontz Recreation Center on Saturday during Pedal Power event

HANNIBAL, Mo. — The Hannibal Parks and Recreation Department and Parents as Teachers will hold the annual Pedal Power event at 10 a.m. Saturday at Admiral Coontz Recreation Center.

Big Wheels, tricycles, bicycles with training wheels and other pedal-powered vehicles are allowed. Children may not be left at the event without a parent or guardian.
