Officers elected for Gem City Lodge 357 Independent Order of Odd Fellows

QUINCY — Gem City Lodge 357 Independent Order of Odd Fellows installed its elected officers for 2025 at its Jan. 19 meeting.

Installed as elected officers were Wesley Simmons, Noble Grand; Levi Schmitt, Vice Grand; Evan Rouch, treasurer; Adam Reed, secretary; and Sonny Little, financial secretary. Installing officers were Steve Pigg, District Deputy Grand Master, District 50 from Bushnell Lodge 322; Cynthia Elam, District Deputy Marshal, Treasurer of Bushnell Lodge 322; and Don Elam, District Deputy Chaplain, Vice Grand of Bushnell Lodge 322.

The Odd Fellows are a fraternal movement whose members are joined together in association with the principal tenets of brotherly love. They visit the sick, relieve the distressed and educate the orphaned. From these principles, Odd Fellows are driven by the virtues of friendship, love and truth as ultimate guides for all mankind.
