Center for Women’s Ministries Ladies Night Out March program set for Thursday

QUINCY — The Center for Women’s Ministries Ladies Night Out program will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday, March 6, at 525 S. Eighth. These quarterly programs feature crafts, speakers and fellowship. The presenter for March will be Brenda Langan, who will lead the group in making a wood and fabric cross.
There is no charge for this event, but seating is limited. Reserve a seat by calling 217-440-8200. CWM office hours are 9 a.m. to noon on Tuesdays.
Other offerings by the center include Thursday evening’s Cup of Grace from 5:30 to 7 p.m. People can stop by for a cup of coffee and fellowship. Reservations are not needed.
Tri-State Area Center for Women’s Ministries is a non-profit inter-denominational peer counseling ministry for women and girls (ages 18 and up) which helps women focus on emotional, mental and spiritual wellness. Services offered include one-on-one peer counseling, support groups, study groups, workshops and prayer support.
CWM provides complete confidentiality in a non-judgmental atmosphere, making it a safe place to begin to deal with hurts.
