Area lupus patients to benefit from bar golf event on Saturday

QUINCY — The 11th annual Amanda Stambaugh-Snyder Lupus Bar Golf event, organized by The Adams County Lupus Warriors, will be held Saturday, March 1 at 1 p.m. Registration will be held from noon to 12:45 p.m. at The Club. Cost is $25 per four-person team.
Bar golf stops will be:
- Uncle Bob’s Bar
- The Firehouse
- Parker’s Pub
- Twin Oaks
- State Street Bar and Grill
- Just One More Bar and Grill
- Jed’s Brewhouse
- The Club
- Twisted Spirits
The day will offer a silent auction, 50/50 raffle, food, jello shots and karaoke.
To be eligible for payout, teams must collect a qualifying stamp from each bar. Check-in time is 6:30 p.m. at Twin Oaks.
All funds raised are kept local to assist Adams County lupus patients with essential needs such as groceries, gas, vehicle repairs and education expenses.
