Roy Daniel Grawe — Bienhoff Funeral Home

Mass of Christian Burial for Roy Daniel Grawe, 74, of Laddonia, will be held at noon Friday, February 28, 2025, at St. John Catholic Church in Laddonia, with Father Derek Hooper officiating. Burial will follow in the Laddonia Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at the church.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Bienhoff Funeral Home.
Mr. Grawe passed away at 9:30 AM, Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at Boone Hospital in Columbia.
Roy was born on March 21, 1950, at home where his mother said he was born in the kitchen and never left. He was the son of Elmer Albert and Lucille Gertrude Lewis Grawe.
He married Tami Lybarger on December 12, 1987, in Laddonia and she survives.
Other survivors include one daughter; Amanda (Marc) Tompkins of Laddonia, three brothers; Gene, Mike, and Tony Grawe all of Laddonia, six sisters; Mildred (Shawn Mullins) Grawe, Brenda Snyder and Tina (Terry) Britton of Laddonia, Linda (Donald) Kable of Thompson, Teresa (Jan) Ellis of Mahomet, Illinois, and Joyce Neiberding (Chris Thrift) of Shallotte, North Carolina, along with numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother; Wade Grawe.
Mr. Grawe was a lifetime area resident and a member of St. John Catholic Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, driving his golf cart, and listening to bluegrass music. Most of all, Roy loved spending time with his family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Marc Tompkins, Keith Meyer, Travis Lybarger, Jaron Freie, Chad Freie, and Logan Britton.
Honorary pallbearers are Roger Hager and J.D. Mitchell.
