League of Women Voters of Adams County to hold mayoral candidate forum Tuesday

QUINCY — The League of Women Voters of Adams County will hold a mayoral candidate forum beginning at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 11, at the First Christian Church, 1415 Maine. Both Linda Moore and current mayor Mike Troup will participate. The public is invited to attend.

The event will follow LWVAC forum standards with questions from panelists and submitted from the audience. Panelists will be WGEM’s Daniel Winn and WTAD’s Mary Griffith.

The forum can be viewed live on the WGEM Smart TV app, wgem.com, and the WGEM News app. It will be available on-demand the next day on the WGEM Smart TV app.

The League of Women Voters of Adams County is a non-partisan organization that does not endorse or oppose candidates for public office. Its goal is to allow the voters an opportunity to submit questions and hear the candidates’ position on issues facing the city of Quincy.
