Memorial Hospital announces relocation of patient accounts office

CARTHAGE, Ill. — Memorial Hospital is implementing a change in the location and bill pay process for its patient accounts office.

Patients visiting the hospital to pay a bill or make payment arrangements should check in at the front welcome desk at the hospital’s main entrance. A patient accounts representative will be notified and available to assist them.

This change is designed to enhance efficiency and improve the patient experience.
