Free socks available from NECAC in Marion County

HANNIBAL, Mo. — It’s always a good idea to have warm feet during cold weather, so NECAC is offering free children’s socks in Marion County. The socks are new and were donated to the agency, but supplies are limited. Clients who want socks must make an appointment by calling the NECAC Marion County Service Center in Hannibal at 573-221-7166.
