Three arrested on drug charges after search warrant conducted Friday night in Hannibal

HANNIBAL, Mo. — Three people from Hannibal were arrested on Friday, April 11, after the Hannibal Police Department and Northeast Missouri Drug Task Force conducted a search warrant in the 1200 block of Broadway in Hannibal. Drug packaging materials and a substance believed to be methamphetamine was located. 

Arrested during the incident were:

  • Lindsay N. Farmer, 42 of Hannibal, on a parole violation warrant. No bond was set.
  • Patrick C. Clark, 30 of Hannibal, for unlawful possession of a firearm. Bond was set at $15,000.
  • Richard M. Freeman, 41, of Hannibal, on a probation violation warrant. Bond was set at  $25,000.

Additional charges are pending on other subjects who were taken into custody that night.
