Bad Art by Good People auction to be held Thursday at Hannibal Arts Council

HANNIBAL, Mo. — The Hannibal Arts Council will be the host of its sixth annual Bad Art by Good People art auction Thursday, May 1.

The evening will kick off with hors d’oeuvres at 6 p.m., followed by the auction at 7 p.m. Tickets can be bought for $20 in advance or $30 at the door. All proceeds will benefit the Hannibal Arts Council and its wide range of programs.

This fundraising event brings together 10 community leaders and 10 talented local artists through randomly drawn pairings. Each duo collaborates to create original artwork that will be auctioned off in support of the arts.
